This welcome offer ("Offer") is provided at the sole discretion of Razorpay Payments Private Limited ("Razorpay") to all Merchants who complete KYC and receive account activation on or after 1st June 2026 ("You"). You must have completed onboarding, including KYC approval and acceptance of Razorpay's terms of use available on https://razorpay.com/terms ("Terms of Use").

Upon account activation, You will be eligible to process payment transactions up to a cumulative value of Rs. 5,00,000/- (INR Five Lakh only) without paying any platform fees for the Services to Razorpay ("Amount Credits"). The Amount Credits will be automatically applied to your account upon activation. An explainer on the functioning of the Amount Credits is available at https://razorpay.com/docs/payments/dashboard/account-settings/credits/#amount-credits (“Explainer”), as fee credits. Any terms over for the use of Amount Credits, as captured in the Explainer, shall apply.

The Offer is valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of your account activation, or until the cumulative transaction value of Rs. 5,00,000/- is exhausted, whichever is earlier. Post expiry or exhaustion, standard Razorpay platform fees will apply automatically.

The Offer is only valid for domestic Transactions processed via the Razorpay Payment Gateway and Aggregator.

Notwithstanding anything in these Offer T&Cs, the following payment methods are excluded from the Offer and standard fees will apply on transactions made through these methods: (a) Prepaid Cards; (b) Corporate Credit Cards; (c) American Express (AMEX) Cards; (d) Diners Club Cards; and (e) all EMI-based payment methods.

GST and other applicable statutory levies on platform fees are not waived under this Offer and will continue to apply as per prevailing rates.

This Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per Permanent Account Number (PAN)/Bank account. In the event a Merchant operates or registers multiple Merchant IDs (MIDs), only the first activated MID under the same PAN/Bank account shall be eligible for the Offer. Subsequent MIDs under the same PAN / bank account shall not qualify.

Merchants who were already transacting on the Razorpay platform prior to 1st June 2026, or who have previously (i.e., before 1st June 2026)  processed any transaction on Razorpay, are not eligible for this Offer.

The Offer is not transferable to any other third party and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Amount Credits that remain unused at the end of the 90-day validity period shall lapse automatically. Unused credits will not be carried forward, extended, or encashed under any circumstances.

Razorpay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify You from the Offer if it determines, acting reasonably, that the Merchant does not meet these Offer T&Cs, or in cases including but not limited to: misuse of the Offer, fraud, suspicious transactions or activities, or any attempt to manipulate the Offer including but not limited to routing transactions in a manner designed to circumvent fair usage conditions.

Fair Usage: If Razorpay determines that Your credit card transactions constitute more than 90% of total processed volume during the Offer period, Razorpay reserves the right to withdraw the Offer , apply standard charges retrospectively from the date of detection, and flag the account for review.

Razorpay shall not be liable to You or to any third party for (i) anything arising out of the provision of this Offer, and (ii) any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Offer for any reason whatsoever.

The Terms of Use shall also apply to the Offer and all Transactions. All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. In case of any contradiction between the Terms of Use and Offer T&Cs, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
