The following offer terms (“Terms”) govern the Welcome Offer - Free PG and Subscription Plan offered by Razorpay Payments Private Limited (“Razorpay”) to eligible users (“Merchants”/”You”). These Terms form an integral part of and should be read together with Razorpay’s Terms of Use available at https://razorpay.com/terms. Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use.

Redemption Process

• Transactions up to ₹5,000/month will not attract transaction fees under this Offer.

• You may choose either the Free PG plan or any available paid subscription plan.

Free PG Plan Offer - Terms & Conditions

• This Welcome Offer (“Offer”) is provided at the sole discretion of Razorpay Payments Private Limited (“Razorpay”) to eligible users who have successfully completed onboarding, including KYC verification and acceptance of Razorpay Terms of Use.

• The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Eligibility for zero transaction fees applies only up to the monthly limit defined under the selected plan.

• Refunds are not applicable upon cancellation unless Razorpay is unable to provide the agreed services.

• The Offer is extended only to a select set of users at Razorpay’s sole discretion.

• The Offer is valid only for domestic transactions and excludes AMEX, Diners, CC on UPI, and corporate or prepaid cards.

• The Offer may be availed only against one user ID per user 

• Razorpay reserves the right to disqualify users in case of misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms.

• Razorpay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Offer at any time without prior notice.

• Razorpay shall not be liable for any loss arising from modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Offer.

Razorpay Subscription Plans — Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Subscription T&Cs”) govern the purchase, usage, benefits, credits, and associated offers provided under Razorpay subscription plans. Subscription Activation & Credit Issuance

• Subscription plans will be activated after successful payment confirmation.

• Subscription benefits and credits may take up to 30 minutes from payment confirmation to reflect in the user dashboard.

• users should expect a short activation lag during provisioning.

Credit Validity & Usage

• Subscription credits will be issued monthly, irrespective of whether the plan is monthly or annual.

• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (30 days).

• Unused credits cannot be carried forward to subsequent months.

• New credits will be issued at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Credit Applicability

• Credits are applicable only to eligible domestic payment methods as determined by Razorpay.

• Credits may not apply to:

  • International transactions

  • Restricted payment methods

  • Any categories specifically excluded by Razorpay.

Partial Credit Usage

If a transaction amount exceeds the available credit balance:

• Credits will not be partially applied, and

• Plan specific pricing rates/ charges will apply to the transaction.

Fees & MDR Applicability

• MDR may be applicable across payment methods including but not limited to cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, or international payments as per the chosen plan.

• International payments and specific payment categories may carry separate pricing or exclusions.

• Plan specific pricing rates/ charges apply once credit limits under the selected plan are exhausted.

Eligibility Restrictions

Subscription benefits may not be applicable to:

• Partner referred merchants,

• Partner or aggregator accounts,

• POS-linked user structures,

• Any account category deemed ineligible by Razorpay.

Razorpay reserves the sole right to determine subscription eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

• users may cancel their subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal.

• Subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued upon cancellation unless Razorpay is unable to provide the subscribed service.

Subscription Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscribed service value (free credits) has been delivered, including any applicable credits or benefits.

Refunds may only be considered where:

• Razorpay is unable to deliver the subscribed service, or

• The subscription service cannot legally continue.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be approved only if:

• Subscription activation fails despite successful payment.

• The user is incorrectly charged usage-based pricing despite an active subscription.

• Incorrect subscription plan is provisioned after payment.

• Razorpay discontinues the subscription product before meaningful usage.

• The user’s account is blocked immediately after purchase preventing service usage.

• The account is permanently suspended due to regulatory or compliance requirements.

Fraud & Misuse

If a user is found to be engaged in fraud, misuse, or violation of Razorpay policies or applicable law, subscription fees shall not be eligible for refund.

Final Determination

All refund decisions are subject to Razorpay verification and shall be final.

General

Razorpay reserves the right to:

• Modify subscription benefits

• Update eligibility criteria

• Change pricing structures

• Suspend or discontinue subscription offerings at its sole discretion

Continued usage of Razorpay services constitutes acceptance of these Terms
