No more 5-7 business days for Refunds
When we got to know about Razorpay Instant Refunds, we were thrilled because the refund directly goes to the original source of payment. We don't want to give our customers the standard answer for how long will the refund take. We don’t want to say 5 to 7 business days. Currently, of all the refunds we process, about 25% of refunds processed to source are via Instant Refunds. It provides a good payments experience for our customers.
