TERMS AND CONDITIONS - VALUE ADDED SERVICES

1. The Merchant may opt for certain value added services available on the Dashboard which will be subject to an additional charge to be agreed upon by the parties. Such charges are to be paid on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis or other frequency as may be agreed between the parties. The Merchant hereby consents that payments towards such value added services shall be deducted from the settlement amount payable from Escrow Account under this Agreement.
2. In addition to the above, the Merchant acknowledges that Razorpay provides as a value added service certain customisable templates for terms and conditions, return and refund and shipping policy, privacy policy, etc. (together, "Customisable Templates") which a Merchant may choose to use to display on its website / web app / mobile site / mobile app / other digital app in order to comply with Merchant's obligations under the Payment Aggregator Guidelines. Merchant acknowledges and agrees that:
   1. the Customisable Templates are available during the Merchant onboarding process to be used at the Merchant's sole discretion;
   2. Razorpay provides the Customisable Templates on an "as is" basis; and (iii) Merchant represents and warrants (i) that it is the Merchant's sole responsibility to verify the suitability of the Customisable Templates for the Merchant's products / services, (ii) that the Merchant has sought independent legal advice prior to using the Customisable Templates, (iii) that the Merchant absolves Razorpay of any liability arising from the use of the Customisable Templates, (iv) that the Merchant has read and modified the Customisable Templates as necessary before publishing on its website / web app / mobile site / mobile app. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Razorpay expressly disclaims all liability in respect of any actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the Customisable Templates. Razorpay does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content that may be accessed through Customisable Templates.
