You are the end-customer of the Merchant we provide our services to. We may share Your personal data with our Affiliates and third party service providers (“Data Processors”) for processing personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

We collect the following types of personal data:
Personal Identifiers: Name, address, email address, phone number, preferences, date of birth, anniversary, demographic information such as Your age, gender.
Transaction Data: Transactional and payment related data, items purchased.
Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, device location, cookies, page viewed, page viewed time.
Regulatory & Compliance Data: Personal details and other information which are required for conducting background checks and fraud detection as required under applicable law.
Other information: As may be explicitly required & and consented by you from time to time.

To facilitate and process the transaction(s) you are initiating and provide you with the services which we offer including support related services, if any.
To Enabling Us and our Affiliates to offer insights, value added services, and marketing & communications related services to the customers through its internal, affiliated and external platform(s).
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC and anti-money laundering regulations.
To prevent fraud and enhance security and customer support by detecting and preventing unauthorized access or breaches.
To use current or historic data for improving and enrichment of our services and analytics while ensuring de-identification and anonymization of personal data where required.

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:
Access and correct Your personal data if inaccurate or incomplete.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent by contacting us below.
Request deletion of personal data subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Seek redress of any grievance regarding processing of Your personal data.

We shall send the acknowledgement towards resolution of the complaint within 2 working days of the receipt of complaint. The Nodal Officer shall send his/her final response to the customer within 30 business days of lodging the complaint.
In case the resolution provided to you is not conclusive, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India with Your request or complaint. This Privacy Notice forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy and should be read in conjunction with it. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, as per the DPDPA Rules, 2025.
You undertake that the Personal Data provided by you is true and accurate. You agree and understand that we shall not be liable for the authenticity of the Personal Data provided by you.
