RTSPL has various different types of products including but not limited to line of credit and credit cards offered by authorized banks or NBFCs. If you apply for these products or services and while availing these, we disclose your information to these providers and thereafter the use of your information is dependent on their privacy policies for which RTSPL is not responsible

Deleting your information
If you wish to delete your account or personal information, please send an email request to us dpo@razorpay.com for deletion of your information. Provided there is no regulatory or legal obligation to retain the data, on receiving your request for deletion, we will erase your data, discontinue to send you any further communications in context to the products opted by you. Please note that we or our Partners would not be able to provide you services relating to products opted by you in case your information is not available with us, however we shall purge raw Bureau data every 6 months.
Applicable Law
Your use of this Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Bengaluru in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
