Q: How can I start using Razorpay?

To begin with, you will have to register on our Dashboard by filling in basic details such as email ID, your business registration type etc. Once you sign-up you will receive a verification email at your email ID. Verify your email address by following the instructions in the email.

Q: What are the charges involved? Do you charge any set-up fee?

We offer a simple and transparent pricing plan which has no hidden fees: <ul> <li>1.75%* | Razorpay platform fee</li> <li>Get access to Flash Checkout, Dashboard, Reports & much more</li> <li> Instruments like Diners and Amex Cards, International Cards, EMI (Credit Card, Debit Card & Cardless) & Corporate (Business) Credit Cards will be charged at 3% </li> <li>No setup fees</li> <li>No Annual maintenance charges</li> </ul> *GST applicable of 18% on the transaction fee. To be more specific, on domestic transactions, we levy a 1.75% Platform Fee + 0.36% GST* = 2.11% On International / AMEX / EMI transactions, we levy a 3% Platform fee + 0.54 % GST* = 3.54%.

Q: Can I accept payments through EMI?

Yes, you can. EMI can be applied for after the activation of your account, which is subject to the approval of our banking partners. EMI is applicable for transactions of INR 3000 and more.

Q: Can I accept International Payments through Razorpay?

Yes, we do support acceptance of international payments through cards issued by overseas banks for eligible registered businesses. Any eligible business on Razorpay, with a registered business and a valid website, should be able to accept payments from debit or credit cards which are issued by overseas banks. This functionality will also allow these businesses to accept payments via cards or which are issued in India but are international cards. You can collect International payments via all our products (Payment Gateway, Payment links, Payment Pages etc) excluding Route (split payments) and Smart Collect (fund transfers via NEFT/RTGS).

Q: What are the documents needed to sign-up?

Here are the documents to be uploaded: <li> One Business Proof (Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, Service tax, GST registration document), </li> <li> Firm/Company PAN (Not for Proprietorship), Promoter&apos;s PAN (Proprietor/director), </li> <li> Cancelled cheque / Bank account statement in the name of the business,</li> <li> Authorized signatory address proof (Passport/AADHAR/DL/EC)</li>

Q: What kind of payment methods are supported by Razorpay?

Razorpay supports over 100+ payment modes including Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, AMEX, Diners), Net Banking from top 50+ banks, UPI (Web Collect & UPI Intent), Online Wallets, EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), PayLater and NEFT/RTGS payments.

Q: Are there any additional charges to avail Instant Settlements?

Yes, there are additional charges to avail Instant Settlements. The extent of additional charge depends on multiple factors such as your vintage with Razorpay, your risk profile (based on refunds, chargebacks etc.) as calculated by Razorpay.
