You can allow customers to make payments using various payment methods such as credit and debit cards, netbanking, UPI and wallets.
One of the advantages of having multiple payment methods configured for your account is that your customer can switch from one payment method to another in case of any downtime, thus leading to reduction in the drop-offs from your website or app. There could be situations where you are experiencing low success rates with a payment method and want to enable alternate payment method to your customers. For example, if you are facing downtime with netbanking, the customer can instead complete the payment using either cards or wallets.
The table below lists the various payment methods available to you. Some of them are available by default, while others require approval from us. Raise a request with our Support Team to enable such payment methods.
