Know how to set reminders for Payment Links from the Razorpay Dashboard.


Follow these steps to enable reminders for Payment Links through the Razorpay Dashboard. This is a global setting, that is, once this is enabled, all Payment Links would have reminders configured for them. You may choose to

for individual links.

To use Reminders:

  1. Log in to the Razorpay Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Account & Settings and select Reminders under Payments and refunds.
  3. Use the toggle to turn on Payment Links Reminders.

The configuration for Payment Links reminders differs in case link is created with an expiry date.

If you have set an expiry date for the Payment Link, you can configure three reminders based on the expiry date. For example, if you have issued a Payment Link with expiry date as 30 Nov 2024, you can set three reminders:



If you have not set any expiry date for Payment Links, you can configure three reminders to be sent after the issued date. For example, if you have issued a Payment Link on 25 Nov 2024, you can set three reminders:



Select the Channels through which the reminders must be sent. Available channel options are SMS and email.

Watch Out!

Customers will receive the reminder email or SMS only if the contact and email details were provided when the payment link was created.
