Pause and Resume a Subscription

You can pause and resume a subscription from the Dashboard.

Pause Subscription via the Dashboard#

You can pause the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. To pause a subscription from your Dashboard:

1. Log into your Dashboard and navigate to Subscriptions.
2. Click the Subscription Id you want to pause.
3. Click Pause Subscription. The subscription is paused immediately.
4. Click Yes, Pause.

Resume Subscription via the Dashboard#

You can resume the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. To resume a subscription from your Dashboard:

1. Log into your Dashboard and navigate to Subscriptions.
2. Click the Subscription Id you want to resume.
3. Click Resume Subscription. The subscription is resumed immediately.
4. Click Yes, Resume.
