How to Submit Form 9?
To submit Form 9 during LLP Registration, follow these steps:
- Go to the MCA homepage.
- Log in using valid credentials.
- Navigate to “MCA services” and then select “E-Filing.”
- Choose “LLP Forms Download” from the menu.
- Under the header “Name reservation and LLP incorporation,” find “Form FiLLiP” and access it.
- Complete the application in Form FiLLiP.
- Proceed to Form 9 for "Consent to Act as Designated Partner."
- Fill out Form 9 with the necessary details.
- Submit the webform.
- Proceed further as intended. Refer to the FiLLiP submission process.
