Display Razorpay Checkout in Local Languages
Enable your customers to view Razorpay Checkout fields in 7 regional languages.
You can provide your customer with the option to change the display language of the Razorpay Checkout fields. Customers can now view Checkout fields in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu and Tamil. This feature is auto-enabled and does not require any changes in your existing integration. English is the default language. You can change the default language from the Settings → Configuration section of the Razorpay Dashboard.
You must have integrated with Razorpay Standard Checkout.
.This feature is applicable for all instances of Standard Checkout, including server languages SDKs, e-commerce plugins, and products such as Payment Links and Payment Pages.
- You enable the Vernacular feature on the Settings → Configuration section of the Razorpay Dashboard.
- The customer clicks the pay button on your website or app to open Checkout.
- The customer clicks the drop-down button on Checkout to change the display language.
- Checkout displays fields in the selected language.
