About Employee Resignation

Use the XPayroll Dashboard as an employee for resignation.


You may apply for a resignation from your company via the

, only if it is enabled by your organisation.

Resignations are sent to your managers for approval, as is configured for you under your ProfileBasic Information section. Admins in the account are also be able to approve resignation requests on the manager's behalf.

Watch Out!

Organisation Administrators need to enable the resignation module from XPayroll settings for an employee to submit a resignation request.

  1. In your , navigate to the user icon on the top right and click My Profile.

  2. Scroll and click SUBMIT RESIGNATION at the very end of your profile.

  3. Fill out the resignation form with your details such as Name, Email, Manager, Resignation, Reason and other comments, and click SUBMIT RESIGNATION.

  4. You are notified about the status of your resignation via email. You can also view it in My ProfileResignation Status section.
