Virtual Accounts can be closed in two ways:

• Automatically, by specifying a Close By date and time during

  customer identifier creation

  .
  
• Manually, using the Close Account button on the Customer Identifier details pane:
  1. Log in to the

     Razorpay Dashboard

     and click Smart Collect.
  2. Select the Customer Identifier ID you wish to close from the Customer identifier list.
     
  3. In the right pane that appears, click Close Account.
     
  4. A dialog box appears to confirm the closing. Click Yes.
