To access the Insights Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Insights.

Using the Analytics Dashboard, you can:

  • Perform a detailed analysis of your recent transactions.
  • Click on the respective payment method options, such as Cards, UPI, Netbanking and Wallets to view detailed information. You can also access the aggregated data for all payment methods combined.
  • Correlate downtime with your success rate trends for specific methods.

Choose the specific date and time range for which you want to view the analytics data. You can use a predefined range or opt for a custom range.

Handy Tips

  • The default date range is 7 days.
  • You can select the date range from up to the last 30 days.

Additionally, you can select a custom date range for which you want to view the analytics data.

The Overview tab provides a high-level view of your transactions and recent performance at the method level (Cards, UPI, Netbanking and Wallets).

In the Overview tab, you can view the following data points:

1. Payments Data

  1. Payments Count: The total number of individual payment transactions processed during a specific period.
  2. Payments GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): The total monetary value of all the payments processed through the platform over a specific period, before deducting any fees, refunds or discounts.
  3. Average Order Value (AOV): The average amount of money spent per transaction during a specific period. It is calculated by dividing the Payments GMV by the Payments Count.
  4. Success Rate: The percentage of payment transactions that were successfully completed out of the total attempted transactions during a specific period.

Indicates the success rate trend from the beginning to the end of the selected time frame.

3. SR, Payment Count and GMV by Method

  1. Success Rates: Indicates the success rates in percentage for all payment methods.
  2. Payments Count by Method: Indicates the payment count for all payment methods.
  3. Payments GMV by Method: Refers to the total monetary value of transactions processed through a payment platform, broken down by specific payment methods.

4. Payments GMV, AOV and Loss by Source

  1. Payments GMV by Status: Indicates the flow of GMV across different payment methods, highlighting successful and failed transactions.
  2. Average Order Value (by Method): Indicates the average transaction value for each payment method.
  3. GMV Loss by Source: Displays the distribution of GMV losses by different sources, such as customer, bank or gateway issues.
