With this data, businesses can create detailed customer databases for personalisation, targeted marketing and improved engagement. The dashboard displays key customer details such as Total Visits, Last Visit and Average Billing Amount along with basic details, which can be exported for deeper analysis.

You can filter the consumer profiles you want for business analysis or targeted marketing campaigns. You can easily filter customer data based on:
- Age
- Gender
- Relationship
- States
- Average Spend
- Total Spend
- Total Visit

The export feature allows businesses to export detailed customer information in CSV format. Exported data can be filtered by:
- Age
- Gender
- Relationship
- States
- Average Spend
- Total Spend
- Total Visit
- Emails

Businesses can add or upload new customer data using the following two options:
Add individual customer details directly into the system using a form.

Bulk upload customer data by downloading the sample CSV template, filling in customer information and uploading it back into the system.

When uploading customer data, businesses should follow these important guidelines:
- Do not delete or change the position of the headers in the sample CSV file.
- Do not add country codes with phone numbers.
- Do not use capital letters for city and state fields.
- Use capital letters only for names, professions, company names and spouse names.
- Use the DD/MM/YY format for date of birth and anniversary.
- Ensure you follow the additional instructions provided in the system before uploading data.
