  • Account Opening Form (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals)
  • Customer Information Form(s) (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories and Partners, signed in individual capacities.
  • LLP agreements since inception.
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • LLP declaration.
  • List of all partners (including designated partners) with name, date of birth, and address.
  • PAN of the entity.
  • Registered Office address proof in the name of the entity.
  • Communication address proof, if different from registered address.
