On the Payroll Dashboard, your organisation can configure other benefits for employees such as VPF, insurance, loans and more. Contact your HR/Manager to check if these benefits are available.

You can avail the following benefits only if your organisation has configured them for employees.

The following benefits are available on the Dashboard for employees to avail:

Employee Loans

On the Payroll Dashboard, your organisation can disburse loans to employees basis the internal loan policy. As an employee, you can:

  • Avail loan at a lower interest rate.
  • Choose your EMI amount.
  • Foreclose the loan amount.
  • Skip EMIs when necessary.

Contact your HR/Manager to avail employee loans.

Salary Advance

On the Payroll Dashboard, your organisation can either provide a salary advance or allow employees to request a salary advance.

In a salary advance, a portion of your salary is provided as an advance. The amount is recovered via monthly EMIs without any interest charges.

You can request a salary advance from your HR/Manager or raise a salary advance request via the Dashboard.

Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF)

Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) is a monthly investment scheme earning up to 9% annual interest.

  • It has a lock-in period of 5 years, after which the total withdrawable amount at maturity becomes tax-free.
  • VPF is an EEE investment: exempt from tax on contribution, principal, and interest earned.

Some organisations provide employees the option to contribute to Voluntary Provident Fund. As an employee, you can contact your HR/Manager to start contributing to VPF.

If VPF is already available to you, you can change your monthly VPF contribution amount in Tax Deductions on the Payroll Dashboard.

Watch Out!

You cannot contribute to VPF if you are not eligible for EPF.

WhatsApp Integration for Payslips and Reimbursements

You can now request or receive monthly payslips as well as raise reimbursements requests directly on WhatsApp, only if both you and your organisation have enabled it.

  • To check if your organisation has enabled the integration, contact your HR/Manager.
  • To check if you have enabled it, go to My profileOther Information on the Payroll Dashboard.

Slack App Integration for Leaves and Reimbursements

If your organisation has enabled Slack integration, you can use the in-app commands to:

  • Apply leaves
  • Check the yearly holiday list
  • Request reimbursements
  • Check payslips
  • Check-in and check out to mark attendance

Flexible Benefits Via Payroll & Zaggle

Origanisations provide flexible benefits which allows employees to customise their CTC. Your organisation can set up flexible benefits in two ways:

Contact your HR/Admin to know if flexible benefits are enabled for you and when the declaration and proof upload windows are open.

Insurance

Payroll enables group insurance for employees. Your organisation must configure the relevant integrations to provide insurance benefits to you.
