Transactions Details

You can view the transactions details of payments and refunds on the Razorpay Dashboard by specifying various filters.

Payments

To view the transaction details of Payments:

Filter	Description
Payment Id	The ID of the payment done.
Processed by	Payment gateway through which the payment was processed.
Duration	The time period for which you want to view the payments.
Status	The state of the payment. Know more about Payment states .
Email	The email id linked to the payment.

To view the transactions details of Refunds:

Log in to the
Razorpay Dashboard
.
Select Transactions from the left menu and click Refunds.
Select the Refund Id to view the:
- Status and history of the refund
- Amount
- Refund type
- Optimizer Details

Filter	Description
Payment Id	The ID of the payment done.
Processed by	List of gateways through which the payment was processed.
Status	The state of the refund (processed, processing and failed).
Refund Id	The unique id of the processed refund.

You can view the settlement details on the Razorpay Dashboard by specifying various filters.

To view the settlement details:

Log in to the
Razorpay Dashboard
.
Select Settlements from the left menu.
Select the Settlement Id to view the:
- Transaction amount
- Fee deducted
- Tax collected per transaction.
- Last time the report were fetched against each settlement report.
- UTR provided by the gateway
- Settlement id of the gateway
- Breakup of the settlement with:
  - The total fee charged by the gateway
  - The tax collected on the settlement by the gateway
  - The Optimizer fee charged by the gateway, if any
  - The tax collected on optimizer fee

View Settlement Cycle is applicable only if the payment gateway is Razorpay.

Settlement Id	The ID of the settlement done.
Payment Provider	List of gateways through which the settlement was processed.
