Wallet Management Portal

Manage your Axis Bank wallet by viewing balance, adding funds, setting up beneficiaries, withdrawing and tracking funds all in one place.


The Axis Bank Wallet Management System is a sophisticated platform tailored for financial management. It offers the following functionalities:

  • Offers swift balance checks.
  • Allows easy fund additions.
  • Enables seamless setup of beneficiary accounts for quick transactions.
  • Facilitates secure withdrawals to specific accounts for users transferring funds.
  • Features an integrated transaction tracker for real-time monitoring.
  • Ensures transparency in wallet activities.
  • Aids in diligent record-keeping.
  • Prioritises a user-friendly experience for effective wallet management.

To sign in:

  1. Click on the link on the business website to launch the Wallet management portal.
  2. Log in to your Dashboard using your registered email or mobile number and click Sign In. The Customer ID is pre-populated.

  3. You will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your registered email id and mobile number.
  4. Enter the OTP and click Submit.

  5. Alternatively, you can also update your PIN by clicking on My AccountUpdate Pin.
  6. Enter and re-enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice and click Submit. From this point forward, you'll need to enter this PIN to access your account.

To transfer funds to your wallet, you must add a bank account to your Wallet and create a Customer Identifier.

To add a Bank Account:

  1. On the Axis Bank Wallet Dashboard, click Add Bank Account.
  2. Fill out the details of your bank account such as the Account Name, Account Number and the IFSC Code and click Proceed.

  3. Validate your bank account details and click Submit.

Once you have added a bank account, you can add and withdraw money to your Wallet.

  1. In order to transfer funds to your Wallet, you must create a Customer Identifier. Know more about .
  2. On the Wallet Dashboard, click Create Customer Identifier.

To add money to your Wallet, you can use the Customer Identifier details of your Wallet:

  1. On the Wallet Dashboard, click View Details.

  2. You can add money to the Wallet using bank transfer methods such as NEFT and RTGS with the bank account you have added.

    At least one bank account should be added to transfer funds.

To withdraw money from your Wallet:

  1. On the Wallet Dashboard, click Transfer Balance.
  2. Choose the bank account to transfer funds from.
  3. Enter the Amount.
  4. You can also add a Remark for this transfer.
  5. After adding all the details, click Proceed.
