The Emandate tab in Insights offers a detailed overview of emandate transactions, including success rates, trends and average order values. This data helps you understand customer behaviour, identify issues and optimise emandate payment strategies to boost conversion rates and revenue.
You can view analytics for cards based on the following parameters.
- Emandate Bank: The bank used for the transaction. For example, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI and so on.
- Emandate Auth Type: The authorisation used for the transaction. For example, netbanking, debit card and aadhar.

- Emandate Auth Type SR (Success Rate): Displays the success rate of emandate transactions across different authorisation methods like netbanking, debit card and aadhar over time.
- Emandate Auth Type GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): Displays the distribution of GMV across different authorisation methods like netbanking, debit card and aadhar over time.
