Integrate with Pazcare

Check the steps to integrate RazorpayX Payroll with Pazcare.

On the RazorpayX Payroll Dashboard, you can integrate with Pazcare Insurance and offer group insurance for your employees and their dependants.

After you integrate, Payroll automatically imports and regularly syncs employee data to Pazcare. This simplifies employees' insurance policy onboarding and maintenance.

To integrate with Pazcare:

  1. Log in to the


  2. Navigate to Integrations in the left menu under ADMIN OPTIONS.

  3. Check for the Pazcare integration and click Explore.

  4. On the integration page, click CONNECT NOW.

  5. Click Generate Now to generate the API key and copy the key. You can refresh the key by clicking Refresh Key.

  6. Go to the


    1. Navigate to Settings in the left menu → Integrations.
    2. Go to the Payroll card and click Integrate.
    3. Enter the API key you previously copied and click Authenticate.
    4. Map the employee and dependents data using filters.

    Your Payroll employee data is successfully imported to Pazcare.

With this, you have completed the integration. Set up the process to manage employees' insurance details and policies on Pazcare.

To assign the insurance benefits to your employees:

  1. Go to the SettingsBenefit Settings.
  2. In Benefit Settings, click Add Rule.
  3. Add conditions to the Rule using the filters on the Pazcare Dashboard. This is a one-time process. Once done, click Save and Next.
  4. Select the check box to assign benefits to employees meeting the Rule's conditions and click Apply.

You have successfully added a Rule and updated the insurance benefits for all employees. Whenever the employment status of employees changes on the Payroll Dashboard, Pazcare automatically updates the benefits accordingly.
