Third-Party Validation (TPV) is an essential step in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector. As per the SEBI guidelines, businesses operating in these sectors must ensure that the payments are accepted from the customers' registered, KYC-approved bank accounts only.

Using the Razorpay Smart Collect API, you can comply with the regulatory guidelines to ensure that customers make payments only from their registered bank accounts (TPV). Any payment made from an unregistered account (non-TPV) is automatically refunded to the customer.
