Analyse emandate transaction details and performance metrics in Insights for optimising emandate payments.


The Emandate tab in Insights offers a detailed overview of emandate transactions, including success rates, trends and average order values. This data helps you understand customer behaviour, identify issues and optimise emandate payment strategies to boost conversion rates and revenue.

You can view analytics for cards based on the following parameters.

  1. Emandate Bank: The bank used for the transaction. For example, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI and so on.
  2. Emandate Auth Type: The authorisation used for the transaction. For example, netbanking, debit card and aadhar.

You can view the following data points for emandate transactions.

1. Emandate Success Rate Trend

Indicates the success rate trend from the beginning to the end of the selected timeframe.

2. Emandate Bank

  1. Emandate Bank SR (Success Rate): Displays the success rate of transactions categorised by different banks paid over time.
  2. Emandate Bank Payments Count: Displays the success rate of transactions categorised by different banks paid over time.
  3. Emandate Bank GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): This shows the distribution of total transaction value across different banks paid.

3. Emandate Authorisation Type

  1. Emandate Auth Type SR (Success Rate): Displays the success rate of emandate transactions across different authorisation methods like netbanking, debit card and aadhar over time.
  2. Emandate Auth Type GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): Displays the distribution of GMV across different authorisation methods like netbanking, debit card and aadhar over time.

4. Emandate Top Failure Reason

Lists the primary reasons for emandate transaction failures, including their sources, number of failures, GMV impacted, AOV and percentage of total failures.
