This page has information on the documents required for a Private/Public Limited company to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with ICICI Bank.

Handy Tips

All declarations should be on company letterhead along with date, sign, and stamp.
All declarations must contain rectangular stamp. Round stamp is not acceptable.
All KYC documents must be presented in originals to the bank Relationship Manager (RM).

Documents and Forms Required

Entity Documents

2	Certificate of Incorporation (CoI)
3	Articles of Association (AoA) and Memorandum of Association (MoA)
4	Communication address proof (if different from what is mentioned in CoI). Refer herefor list of acceptable entity address proof.

KYC Documents

KYC documents required for:

All authorized signatory.
All beneficial owners.
All senior managing officials.

Here is a list of documents required from the customer end:
