Bills
Create, view and manage digital bills in real-time. Track transaction history and simplify customer billing.
You can view and manage all the bills that you have sent to your customers in the Bills page. It provides complete visibility into each transaction along with options to manage, search and export billing data.

Under this tab, you can view storewise billing data with options to filter, view, export and manage the transactions.

Under this tab, you can see a graphical representation of your businesses performance over a period of time. You can analyse the sales trend graphs with real-time sales data, leading to improved business strategy.

You can view and manage bills pertaining to specific stores and store groups.
To select stores and store groups:

On the top right corner of the bills page, click Select Stores & Groups.
The Select Stores & Groups page appears. -
Click on the checkboxes against the stores you want to select. You can Search by Store Name on the search box. You can sort the stores based on States, Cities, Companies, Brands and Store Status.

Click Load Stores. The list of selected stores appears.

To view Store Groups, on the Select Stores & Groups page, click Store Groups.
You can also search for specific bills by specifying search parameters such as invoice number, store code, phone number and email.
To search for a specific bill:

Select the search parameter.

Enter the parameter value in the Search by Parameter box and click the search icon. The requested bill appears.
The filter option allows you to narrow down the list of bills quickly based on relevance. You can filter particular bills based on date and time range, transaction type and amount range.
To filter bills:

Click the filter icon on the bills page.
The filter options popup page appears. -
Click on the date section to select a date range. You can click on the checkboxes before the filter parameters to make it active.

Click Save. The filtered list of bills is displayed.
The export action enables businesses to download the actual bill for record-keeping or sharing. Businesses can export billing data in CSV format. Filters can be applied to ensure that only relevant data is included in the export. As per business rules:
- Businesses must select a date range before exporting bill data.
- Exported reports are sent to the user’s registered email address.
- Exported reports are not downloaded directly onto the local machine.
The main bills table displays the following details for each transaction:
- Store Name
- Store Code
- Invoice Number
- Phone Number
- Date and Time
- Invoice Date and Time
- Bill Amount
- Transaction Type
The view button, represented by an “eye” icon, allows you to:
- View transaction details
- Resend the bill to the same customer or to a different recipient via email or phone number
The delete button allows businesses to delete their copy of the bill from the Billme system. The customer’s copy of the bill remains accessible even after deletion.
The Next and Previous buttons, located at the bottom right corner of the page, allow you to navigate through multiple pages of billing records to view earlier or more recent bills.
