Razorpay Payments on WhatsApp is a native in-app payment experience that enables your customers to complete transactions without leaving the WhatsApp chat. Customers can pay using their preferred payment methods including cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets and EMI options, all within the conversation flow.

The linking process depends on your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ownership:
Razorpay WhatsApp integration supports only one-time payments. Recurring payments and subscriptions mandates are not supported through the WhatsApp channel.
You need to integrate Razorpay with WhatsApp Business API. This requires two main steps:
- Obtain access to WhatsApp Business API through a Business Solution Provider (BSP).
- Link your Razorpay account with your WhatsApp Business Account to enable payment functionalities.
