Zoho is a web-based online office suite that contains software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, note-taking, wikis, web conferencing, customer relationship management (CRM), project management, invoicing and other business activities. Integrating your Zoho suite with Razorpay allows you to accept payments from customers via the Razorpay Payment Gateway. You can accept payments via debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI or through any of our supported wallets.
Watch Out!
  • Ensure the email ID used for both your Zoho and Razorpay accounts is the same.
  • Ensure you have logged in as the owner. You cannot integrate if you login via other roles.
  • Perform the integration in your browser’s Incognito or private browsing mode.

Integration Steps

To integrate Razorpay with your Zoho suite:
  1. Set up your Razorpay account.
  2. Log in to your Zoho Dashboard and click Settings. Zoho Dashboard login
  3. Click Integrations. Integrate Zoho suite with Razorpay
  4. Find Razorpay on the Customer Payments page and click Setup Now. Naviagte to customer payments to start the setup
  5. You are redirected to the Razorpay login page. Enter your credentials on this page and click Login. Enter your credentials to login
  6. Click Authorize. Allow Zoho to access your account
  7. The integration is complete, Razorpay is marked as Active and you can start accepting payments from your customers using the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Integration is complete

Zoho Checkout

To integrate Zoho Checkout with Razorpay:
  1. Set up your Razorpay account.
  2. Log in to Zoho Checkout and click Set up a payment gateway. Log in to Zoho Checkout
  3. Click Configure Account under Razorpay. Configure your account
  4. You are redirected to the Razorpay login page. Enter your credentials on this page and click Login. Enter your credentials to login
  5. Click Authorize. Allow Zoho to access your account
  6. The integration is complete, Razorpay is marked as Active and you can start accepting payments from your customers using the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Integration is complete
