Low Order Conversion Rate

Barosi faced a significant challenge in their checkout process, where customers were required to enter several details, including contact, delivery, and payment information, every time they made a purchase. This process was time-consuming and took between 1.5-3 minutes, which often resulted in customers abandoning their purchases at the last minute, inevitably increasing their cart abandonment rates.  

As a result, Barosi experienced lower order conversion rates and higher customer acquisition costs (CAC) than desired, hindering their business growth and revenue.
