As part of this offer (“Offer”), Razorpay International Services Pte Ltd (“Razorpay”) is providing free payment processing for the first S$10,000 worth of transactions processed by each of the first 50 merchants onboarded with Razorpay (“You” or “Merchant”). This Offer is extended at Razorpay’s sole discretion and is subject to the following terms and conditions: You must have successfully completed the onboarding process, including KYC verification, and accepted Razorpay’s Terms of Use, which are available here (“Terms of Use”).
Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible for the Offer, You must be among the first 50 customers who have been approved and successfully onboarded as a Merchant with Razorpay for its payment solutions.
1.2. You must pass Razorpay's risk and compliance assessment in order to be onboarded. Razorpay reserves the right to approve or reject onboarding applications at its sole discretion.
1.3. Customers not approved for onboarding will not be eligible for the Offer.
Offer details
2.1. Each eligible Merchant under this Offer will not be charged any Fees by Razorpay on the first SGD 10,000 (Singapore Dollars Ten Thousand only) worth of transactions processed by Razorpay.
2.2. For transactions to qualify under this Offer, they must meet the following conditions:
2.2.1. Each transaction must have a minimum value of S$25.
2.2.2. Each transaction must not exceed a maximum value of S$10,000.
2.2.3. Eligible transactions must be processed no later than April 15, 2025, at 23:59 (local time).
2.3. The Offer will terminate either upon the following, whichever is earlier:
2.3.1. The processing of S$10,000 worth of eligible transactions, or
2.3.2. The expiration of the Offer period as specified in clause 2.2.3.
2.4. Upon the termination of the Offer, the Merchant will be charged the standard transaction fees applicable to their account for any subsequent transactions.
2.5. You will be eligible to receive Transaction Amounts totalling to SGD 10,000/- (Singapore Dollars Ten Thousand only) until April 15, 2025, without paying any fees for the Services to Razorpay (“Amount Credits”). Terms available here for the use of Amount Credits shall apply.
Transaction eligibility:
3.1. Razorpay reserves the right to decline or disqualify certain transactions from this Offer at its sole discretion, including but not limited to transactions that:
3.1.1. Violate the Terms of Use
3.1.2. Involve suspicious or fraudulent activity or
3.1.3. Fail to comply with Razorpay’s policies, terms, or conditions.
3.2. Razorpay reserves the right to immediately revoke the Offer and terminate the Merchant’s participation if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Merchant has violated these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, or applicable laws and regulations.
3.3. Transactions deemed ineligible for the Offer will be subject to the standard transaction fees and charges.
3.4. The value of transactions that result in refunds will not be eligible for reimbursement or restoration to the Amount Credits balance.
Offer limitations:
4.1. The Offer is limited to the first 50 merchants who meet all eligibility requirements.
4.2. Razorpay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or any other circumstances compromising the integrity of the Offer.
4.3. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions from Razorpay.
General terms:
5.1. Razorpay’s decisions regarding this Offer, including eligibility and approval of transactions, are final and binding.
5.2. Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Terms of Use when availing of the Offer.
5.3. Razorpay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the Merchant.
5.4. Razorpay shall not be liable to You or to any third-party for (i) anything arising out of provision of this Offer, and (ii) any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Offer for any reason whatsoever.
