Razorpay Singapore Merchant Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

Offer period: 19 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 unless extended or terminated earlier by Razorpay’s sole discretion.

As part of this referral program offer (“Offer”), Razorpay International Services Pte. Ltd. (“Razorpay”) is providing referral rewards to eligible Razorpay merchants (“Referrer”) who successfully refer new businesses (“Referee”) to sign up, complete onboarding and process the first S$ 10,000 in successful transactions with Razorpay. This Offer is extended at Razorpay’s sole discretion and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Razorpay reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Merchant or Referee

By participating, You (“Merchant”) acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use applicable to Razorpay services.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible for the Offer, the Referrer must:

  • be an active and fully onboarded Razorpay merchant in Singapore
  • have received the Offer invitation via email
  • submit referrals only through the official referral Google Form
  • provide accurate merchant details including Merchant ID
  • comply with Razorpay’s Terms of Use
  • Self-referrals, duplicate referrals or referrals of businesses already registered in Razorpay systems (including, without limitation, prior applications, partially onboarded entities) are not eligible.

1.2 Referee Eligibility

A Referee is eligible under this Offer only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Referee may be a business based in Singapore or Malaysia, but must be a new business that has not been previously engaged with Razorpay or any Razorpay group entity and is not currently engaged, onboarded, registered, or otherwise listed in Razorpay systems.
  • If the Referee is based in Singapore, it has a valid registration with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
  • If the Referee is based in Malaysia, it has a valid registration with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia – Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
  • The Referee successfully completes the onboarding process including KYC and business verification for the relevant jurisdiction.
  • The Referee processes the first S$ 10,000 or RM 10,000 in successful transactions within the Offer period, as applicable to the Referee’s jurisdiction.
  • A website is optional, however supporting documents or listings may be required for verification.

Referees who fail onboarding or validation requirements or are subsequently suspended or terminated will not be eligible for the Offer.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Referrer Rewards

  • Each eligible Referrer under this Offer will receive Grab Rewards worth S$ 300 (digital Grab voucher delivered via email) upon meeting all program requirements.
  • Rewards will be delivered by email as per reasonable timelines not exceeding 60 days after the Referee completes the first S$ 10,000 in successful transactions. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.

2.2 Referee Rewards

  • Each eligible Referee will receive MDR fee waiver for the first S$ 10,000 in transactions
  • These fee waivers (“Amount Credits”) will be provided upon completion of onboarding and referral verification. Terms applicable to the use of Amount Credits shall apply.

2.3 Offer Duration

The Offer is valid from 19 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 (until 23:59 SGT) unless extended or terminated earlier by Razorpay, at its sole discretion. Rewards are issued only for Referees who complete onboarding and the first S$ 10,000 in successful transactions within this period.

3. Referral Validation and Transaction Eligibility

Razorpay reserves the right, without notice or liability, to decline, verify or disqualify referral entries at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • referral submissions contain incorrect or incomplete information
  • the Referee is identified as a business previously or currently engaged with Razorpay Singapore, including (without limitation) previously onboarded, registered, or existing merchants
  • the Referee fails onboarding requirements
    the Referee does not complete the first S$ 10,000 in successful transactions within the required period
  • the referral is suspected to involve fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity
    any activity violates Razorpay’s Terms of Use or applicable law or if the Referee’s merchant account is suspended or terminated prior to the reward disbursement date

Refunded or reversed transactions will not count towards the qualification amount. Razorpay may revoke the Offer immediately if it determines that any party has violated these Terms and Conditions.

4. Offer Limitations

  • The Offer is limited to qualified referrals only.  
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other Razorpay promotions or discounts unless expressly permitted.  
  • Razorpay may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice All reward options are subject to availability. Razorpay may replace reward options without prior notice.

5. General Terms

  • All decisions made by Razorpay regarding referral validation, transaction eligibility, onboarding approval, and reward disbursement are final and binding.
  • Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and Razorpay’s Terms of Use.
  • Razorpay may amend these Offer Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. Any updates will be communicated to participating merchants.
  • Razorpay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in this Offer, reward delivery issues, or for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Offer regardless of the cause. In no event shall Razorpay’s liability under this Offer exceed the value of the reward offered to the Referrer.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Offer Terms and Conditions.
