Partner Access Terms

1. We hereby appoint the Partner to act on our behalf to take the following actions in connection with the onboarding process for creating our account with Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) (“Razorpay Account”):
   1. Prefill Know Your Customer (KYC) data in the onboarding form.
   2. Respond to clarifications related to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
2. We acknowledge and agree that Razorpay shall in no event whatsoever, be liable for any of our actions or omissions, and those of the Partner, based on the above consent including any negligence, fraud, misconduct. We shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Razorpay and its affiliates, promoters, banks, clients, attorneys, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses of every kind and character as incurred or resulting from or relating to or arising out of breach of these terms, including third party claims.
