Terms and conditions for OAuth Consent (Read Only)

1. We hereby appoint the Partner to take the following actions on our behalf using our account with Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) (“ Razorpay Account”):

• View payments across processed through a payment gateway, payment links, subscriptions, QR codes.
• View refunds
• View disputes
• View settlements

2. We acknowledge and agree that Razorpay shall in no event whatsoever be liable for any actions or omissions of the Platform Partner based on the above through our Razorpay Account, including any negligence, fraud, misconduct or any act of omission or commission. It is hereby clarified that in the event of any disputes with respect to usage of our Razorpay Account shall be resolved solely between the Platform Partner and us and that Razorpay shall not be a party to the same.

3. We shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Razorpay and its promoters, banks, clients, attorneys, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses of every kind and character as incurred or resulting from or relating to or arising out of:

• any act or omission of the Platform Partner and/or;
• any claim brought against Razorpay by a third party, including the Platform Partner.
