Hi, I’m Murali Brahmadesam, CTO at Razorpay and one of my goals is to provide an environment of equity within my teams. According to a recent study by LinkedIn, as many as 7 in 10 women in the Indian Workforce take a hiatus to focus on personal circumstances during the course of their careers. The thought behind introducing a programme like this is to provide a unique opportunity for talented women to re-enter the workforce after such a break, and bring their invaluable skills and perspectives to our team.
Resume with Razorpay aims to provide a platform where each of these individuals can showcase their immense and exceptional talent and prove that gaps in resume truly are over-hyped! With the fresh insights and diverse backgrounds that the apprentices will bring to the table, we are sure they will, in turn, enrich our workplace culture and fuel innovation.
