It came into effect in April 2026, opening the door to checkouts that are faster without compromising on security.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apple Pay on Razorpay is built for exactly this moment. <\/span><b>Shoppers simply choose Apple Pay at checkout, check their payment, and confirm it in seconds with Face ID, Touch ID, or their device passcode. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No card details to type. No OTP to wait for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s more secure too. <\/span><b>Apple Pay uses tokenised card credentials, so the shopper&#8217;s actual card number is never shared with the business<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. That adds another layer of protection against fraud and helps reduce the risk of chargebacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For businesses, the payoff is simple: fewer steps between<\/span><b><i> &#8220;I want this&#8221;<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b><i>&#8220;Payment successful.&#8221;<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> And because Apple Pay works across iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro, as well as on PCs through browsers like Chrome and Firefox, Razorpay merchants can offer the same smooth experience wherever their shoppers purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Rahul Kothari, COO, Razorpay said, <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPaying should be the easiest part of buying something, not the hardest.
