# Private / Public Limited Company / OPC

> List of documents required to open a Current Account powered by RazorpayX in partnership with ICICI Bank for a private/public limited company/OPC.

This page has information on the documents required for a **Private/Public Limited** company to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with ICICI Bank.

  **Handy Tips**

  * All declarations should be on company letterhead along with date, sign, and stamp.
  * All declarations must contain rectangular stamp. Round stamp is not acceptable.
  * All KYC documents must be presented in originals to the bank Relationship Manager (RM).

## Documents and Forms Required

### Entity Documents

| 2       | Certificate of Incorporation (CoI)                                                                                                                                                     |
| 3       | Articles of Association (AoA) and Memorandum of Association (MoA)                                                                                                                      |
| 4       | Communication address proof (if different from what is mentioned in CoI). Refer [here](/docs/x/icici-current-account/entity-address-proof)for list of acceptable entity address proof. |

### KYC Documents

KYC documents required for:

* All authorized signatory.
* All beneficial owners.
* All senior managing officials.

Here is a list of documents required from the customer end:

* Photo
* PAN Card
* ID and Address Proof (Refer the image below for list of acceptable documents)

| 5       | List of Shareholding pattern/Beneficial Owners holding pattern for those with more than 25% in the company (in ICICI Format) |

Apart from the above mentioned documents and declarations, the customer has to submit:

* Account Opening Form
* Account opening cheque from existing Current Account
