# Netbanking

> View Netbanking transaction details and analytics in Insights, with insights into performance trends for optimising payment success.

The Netbanking tab in Insights provides detailed analysis of netbanking transactions, including success rates, volumes, and average order values. This data helps you monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise the customer experience, offering insights to enhance your payment strategy.

You can view analytics for netbanking based on the following parameters.

1. **Banks**: The bank through which the transaction was done.
2. **Gateway**: The bank gateway through which the transaction was done.

## Data Points

You can view the following data points for netbanking transactions.
