Configure Goal Tracker

Increase your payment collection by highlighting how many people have backed your goal by using the Goal Tracker. This tracker can highlight your monetary goals, how many people have supported your goal, and so on. The Donation Goal Tracker is an optional widget that you can edit or delete even after your Payment Page is live.

Use Cases🔗

  1. Suitable for an NGO or a Non-Profit organisation seeking donations.
  2. Suitable for fundraisers for your product/event.
  3. You can also track any milestone you have for your product/event in general.

Create your Goal Tracker🔗

There are two types of Goal Trackers you can set up:

Track Amount-based Goal🔗

Use this tracker to highlight the amount you have collected for your goal. Complete the following steps to set up an Amount-based Goal tracker.

Step 1: Select a Template🔗

  1. Log in to the Dashboard and navigate to Payment Pages.
  2. Click the + Create Payment Page button.
  3. Select a template from the list or click Create your Own.

Step 2: Set up the Goal Tracker🔗

  1. Click +Add a Goal Tracker and select Track amount based goal.

  2. In the Configure Your Goal Tracker pop-up:

    1. Enter your Goal Amount.

    2. Select the Display supporter count for this goal check box if you wish to show the number of supporters that have contributed towards your goal on your Payment Page.

    3. Select the Goal has a fixed end date check box if you want the tracker to be live for a limited time. Configure the end date and time.

    4. Click Save.

  3. Continue with the creation of your Payment Page. Know more about how to Create a Payment Page.

Track Supporter-based Goal🔗

Use this tracker to highlight the number of people that have supported your goal. Complete the following steps to set up a Supporter-based Goal tracker.

Step 1: Select a Template🔗

  1. Log in to the Dashboard and navigate to Payment Pages.
  2. Click the + Create Payment Page button.
  3. Select a template from the list or click Create your Own.

Step 2: Set up the Goal Tracker🔗

  1. Click +Add a Goal Tracker and select Track supporter based goal.

  2. In the Configure Your Goal Tracker pop-up:

    1. Select the Display stock/unit sales check box if you want to highlight the amount of stock/units you have sold so far.

    2. You can select the I have limited stocks/units available check box if you have a limited quantity of stock available. Add the quantity below this check box to track how many units are remaining.

    3. Select the Display supporter count for this goal check box if you wish to show the number of supporters that have contributed towards your goal on your Payment Page.

    4. Select the Goal has a fixed end date check box if you want the tracker to be live for a limited time. Configure the end date and time.

    5. Click Save.

  3. Continue with the creation of your Payment Page. Know more about how to Create a Payment Page.

Edit your Goal Tracker🔗

Follow these steps to edit your goal tracker.

  1. Navigate to Payment Pages on the Dashboard.

  2. In the list of Payment Pages that appear, click on the link of the page that you want to modify.

  3. In the top right corner of the page, click the Edit button.

  4. Click Edit below the Goal Tracker. You can now edit all the elements of the goal tracker including the amount, end date, supporter count etc.

  5. You can also click Remove to delete the goal tracker from your Payment Page.

  6. Click Save and Update after you have completed editing your Payment Page. Know more about how to Manage a Payment Page.
