Ltd. is required to deduct &amp; deposit TDS of Rs 20,000- (10%) to the government and make a net payment of Rs 1,80,000\/- to the builder.<\/p>\n<h2><b>What is the process of depositing TDS?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any individual or business need to deposit TDS to the Central Income Tax Department through TDS Challan 281. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two modes of depositing TDS &#8211; offline and online (e-TDS) mode.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Offline TDS payment<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deductors can deposit TDS by physically visiting an authorised bank branch and submit the challan.
