  1. To view the details of payment, log in to your Razorpay dashboard and click on ‘Transactions’. Under Transactions, click on ‘Payments’<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the payment ID to check the payment method, time, invoice ID, settlement details and more<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Issuing refunds from the dashboard<\/span><\/h4>\n

    You can initiate a full refund by following the below-mentioned steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Log into your Razorpay Dashboard and click on ‘Transactions’. Next, click on ‘Payments’<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click the payment for which you wish to issue a full refund<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter the full amount that needs to be refunded along with any text that can be used for any reference, in the ‘Add Comments’ (optional) section<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click on ‘Issue Full Refund’ to complete the refund process<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You can choose to issue a partial refund or an instant refund at razorpay<\/a> from the same tab on your dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Please note:<\/b> Refunds work on the current balance and hence it is required that you have enough current balance to process the refund. In case of a refund, we do not charge an additional fee. However, the transaction fee and GST levied by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

      For example, in a successful transaction<\/a> of \u20b96,000, a transaction fee of \u20b9120 and GST amount of \u20b92.16 is deducted from your current balance. The remaining amount \u20b95,858.4(\u20b96000-\u20b9141.6) is settled to your account as per the settlement cycle. Now, if you want to refund this transaction at any point, \u20b9141.6 charged earlier will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Capture order ID<\/span><\/h4>\n

      You can automatically capture payments using the Orders API from Razorpay dashboard. The Orders API allows you to create a Razorpay order_id each time your customer completes the checkout.
