The new integration allows Tally customers to generate Razorpay Payment Links or QR codes directly from TallyPrime and automatically add them in the invoice. <\/span>These Payment Links and QR codes can also be shared via email or SMS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    This can be achieved by means of a one-time hassle-free setup. Link your Tally and Razorpay accounts using your Razorpay r<\/span>egistered e-mail ID or registered phone numbe<\/span>r.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 1 (For new Razorpay users):<\/b> Register and complete your KYC with Razorpay to generate your Merchant ID.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 2:<\/b> Run TallyPrime Release 3.0 and select your company from the list of companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 3: <\/b>Load the Company and press F11 to go to the Company Features screen. Set \u2018Yes\u2019 to \u2018Show more features\u2019 and set \u2018Yes\u2019 to the option \u2018Enable Payment Request to share payment link\/QR Code\u2019, as shown:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 4: <\/b>Once the above-mentioned option is set to \u2018Yes\u2019, the Merchant Profile Creation screen appears as shown: <\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Payment Method (Payment Gateway<\/a>\/UPI): Select Razorpay from the ‘List of Payment Methods<\/a>\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Merchant ID: The Merchant ID of the merchant\/user<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Registered E-mail: The email ID used by the merchant during sign in<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 5: <\/b>Accept the F11 Features screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      The above is a one-time activity to update the merchant profile with the Razorpay integration.<\/span><\/p>\n

      How do you generate a Razorpay Payment Link\/QR Code from Tally?<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Now that the merchant profile has been updated, we can generate a payment link:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. While recording transactions (Create\/ Alter \u2018Voucher\u2019)<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. After recording a transaction for one or more transactions of single or multiple parties (customers) (From the \u2018Day Book\u2019)<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. While printing Party Ledger \/ Party Outstanding \/ Reminder Letters of a Party (From the\u00a0 \u2018Ledger Vouchers\u2019)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Once you click on \u2018Generate Payment Link<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 from either of the places, a tab opens with most details pre-filled.\u00a0 However, you can choose to update the mode of sending payment details, mobile number, email id, expiry date for payment link and remarks if any.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Once the link generation form is accepted, an OTP screen appears if you are not logged in to your merchant profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Enter the OTP received on the Email ID mentioned in your merchant profile. On confirmation, you will receive the following message on the successful generation of the link.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The payment link gets sent to the customer by email and SMS. <\/span>It can also be added to the invoice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
