In the long-term loaning sector, the problem of overdue has almost crippled the land development banks in 9 states, viz., Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Assam, West Bengal, Orissa and Tamil Nadu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4.
