(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The title is hilariously apt, and haven\u2019t we all been in a similar situation?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) At Razorpay though, we have always tried to subvert the norm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workplace culture, as a popular phrase goes, i<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s what people do when no one is watching; both instinctively and of their own choice. Focus on your &#8216;tribe&#8217;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As an organisation, our prime focus has always been to create an environment and a workplace culture that nurtures every individual who walks in. The \u2018employee handbook\u2019 for us is not just a set of rules and guidelines, but also the Holy Bible of our company culture. And the basic directive is but this &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018People First<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By this, I mean that as a company, it is imperative that you remain interested in your employees\u2019 growth. Trust and transparency help. So does having a workplace culture where talking about the elephants in the room is not considered taboo.
